Dual Qualified Instructor (Ski & SNB) - 80 day contract for UK & EU Passport Holders

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Interski is looking for one dual qualified instructor (Level 2 ski & Level 2 snowboard) to join us on an 80 day contract from the 22nd January 2025 until the 12th April 2025.  For UK Passport holders, you MUST have sufficient days available on the 90/180 days Schengen area agreement.

Once the ETIAS Visa Waiver is introduced in 2024, UK passport holders must apply for the visa waiver which monitors stays in the Schengen area at your own cost.

Our season is broken down into weeks and each week you would teach 24 hours of lessons over 5 days, 5 days of lunch time supervision, plus you are required to attend morning briefings and you are required to attend a snowsports school presentation on one evening. Instructors may be required to assist in ski hire on Sundays, up to 6 Sundays of the season.

Our instructors will be teaching our clients from the Schools & College market, approx. 12-16 year olds with a high percentage of our clients being new to skiing. In Aosta/Pila, one full time instructor per week may be required to work in a support capacity, with assisting with check out and check in, holidays lessons, booster lessons etc.

Our full time instructors will be based in Aosta/Pila and will work in their ‘home’ resort. When there are insufficient client numbers in the home resort, instructors will be allocated to work in other resorts within the Aosta Valley.
