We have over 40 years' experience operating in the Aosta Valley (Pila, Courmayeur, La Thuile and Gressoney) as well as Andorra (Grandvalira, Ordino Arcalis & Pal Arinsal), Italy (Bardonecchia) and Spain (Cerler & Formigal). We provide market leading school ski trips as well as ski holidays for adults and families. We deliver outstanding skiing experience for thousands of clients every winter.
Every winter, we create a team of approximately 40 seasonal team members & 500+ instructors in the Aosta Valley and part time team members in Andorra, Italy and Spain to ensure the smooth running of our overseas operations. Our team are one of the main reasons why we continue to offer a market leading ski trip on our Schools & Colleges and Holidays programmes.
We can teach you everything you need to know about the role. What we look for in an team members is a willingness to learn and great people skills. These are the essentials for outstanding customer service.
The entire resort team pull together helping one another. We look for individuals who, once their have finished their task ask, "is there anything else I can do to help?". One day you might be helping ski & boot fit, the next completing an airport transfer or covering someone's day off.
Expectations are high as are the demands of the job, but we always create an environment with time for fun, whether skiing powder, team events or visiting other resorts.
We have a variety of roles on offer at Interski. The majority of roles are available in the Aosta Valley, Italy whereas only some of the roles are available in Andorra, Spain and other resorts in Italy.
Full time / seasonal roles are available in the Aosta Valley for EU passport holders and part time roles are available for EU and UK passport holders in the Aosta Valley, Andorra, Spain and other resorts in Italy.

Schools & College Co-ordinators x 5
Our Schools & College Co-ordinators are the face of Interski, assisting with the smooth organisation and delivery of the Schools & College Ski Trips.
Schools & College Co-ordinators would look after a group from the moment they arrive in resort until the moment they leave resort, ensuring that the clients have an enjoyable and memorable time in resort.
Resort Assistants x 10
If you are looking for a varied role which includes working in ski hire, on hill assistance, assisting clients whilst injured or ill, airport transfers & in resort movements, preparing, delivering & collecting of rental wear or attendance at après ski events, this may be the perfect role for you.
Holidays Co-ordinator x 1
The Holidays Co-ordinator is the face of Interski, assisting with the smooth organisation and delivery of the Ski Holidays market (adults’ groups, families, solo travellers & corporate groups).
Rescue Co-ordinator x 1
Our Rescue Co-ordinator will co-ordinate any accidents/injuries that arise in the resort of Pila by communicating with instructors, calling the piste rescue services, informing the party leaders / teachers and resort team in order to provide an excellent service to our clients when they are in need.
Schools & College Planning Supervisor x 1 (Aosta/Pila)
The Schools & College Planning Supervisor focuses on all aspects of planning for our Schools & College market in Aosta/Pila. Working hand in hand with the Schools & College Operations Supervisor who focuses on the operational delivery of the Schools & College trips.
Schools & College Operations Supervisor x 1 (Aosta/Pila)
The Schools & College Operations Supervisor involves overseeing the operational delivery of the Schools & College market and being a team leader to our Schools & College Co-ordinators as well as being a point of contact for party leaders of the Schools & College groups, coach drivers, and suppliers (hoteliers/restaurants/après ski event companies) in Aosta/Pila.
Holidays Supervisor x 1 (Aosta/Pila)
The Holidays Supervisor is the face of Interski, assisting with the smooth organisation of all holiday groups across the Aosta Valley and delivery of the Ski Holidays market (adults’ groups, families, solo travellers & corporate groups) in Aosta/Pila.
Resort Assistant Supervisor x 1 (Aosta/Pila)
If you are looking for a varied role which includes working in ski hire, on hill assistance, assisting clients whilst injured or ill, airport transfers & in resort movements, preparing, delivering & collecting of rental wear or attendance at après ski events, this may be the perfect role for you. You will perform the same duties/tasks as a Resort Assistant plus additional duties/tasks or supporting your team, keeping them informed, creating their rota, and ensuring your team are performing well.
Resources Supervisor x 1 (Aosta/Pila)
The Resources Supervisor is responsible for the Ski Hire and Rental Wear departments in Aosta however operationally distribution of rental wear will be for the Aosta Valley and they will also communicate equipment requirements for clients in La Thuile, Gressoney and Courmayeur to external suppliers.
Transport Supervisor x 1 (Aosta/Pila)
The Transport Supervisor plays a critical role in leading the on-the-ground delivery of all transport operations throughout the season. Based full-time in resort, this position is responsible for the execution, supervision, and adjustment of transport plans during live operations across all resorts in Italy.
Team Welfare & Logistics Supervisor x 1 (Aosta/Pila)
The Team Welfare & Logistics Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of resort team movements, accommodation allocations, and overall team welfare within the resort. This position involves close collaboration with the resort management team and supervisors to address the logistical needs of team members and support their well-being.
Resort Supervisor x 1 (La Thuile/Courmayeur)
The role of a Resort Supervisor is to oversee the daily off mountain and resort specific operations in La Thuile. This will involve leading a small team of School & College Co-ordinators, Holidays Co-ordinator and Resort Assistants and being the main point of contact for the resort team, group leaders, coach drivers and suppliers.
Ski Instructors x 1 (Aosta/Pila)
We are looking for ski instructors to join us on a seasonal basis from December until mid-April.
Ski Instructors x 6 & Dual Qualified (Ski & Snowboard) Instructor x 1 (Aosta Valley)
We are looking for ski instructors & a dual ski & snowboard instructor to join us on an 80 day contract, either from mid-December until the end of February or mid-January until the end of our season. For UK Passport holders, you MUST have sufficient days available on the 90/180 days Schengen area agreement.
Snowsports Planning Supervisor x 1 (Aosta/Pila)
The Snowsports Planning Supervisor is responsible for the operational planning of the snowsports school for Aosta/Pila preparing the groupings for the schools & college groups.
Snowsports Operations Supervisor x 1 (Aosta/Pila)
The Snowsports Operations Supervisor is responsible for the operational delivery of the snowsports school programme in Aosta/Pila based on planning passed on from the Snowsports Planning Supervisor.
Snowsports Supervisor x 1 (La Thuile)
The Snowsports Supervisor is responsible for the operational planning and delivery of the snowsports school for La Thuile.

Our part time Schools & College Co-ordinators are the face of Interski, assisting with the smooth organisation and delivery of the Schools & College Ski Trips, mainly on peak weeks in February and Easter.
You would look after a group from the moment they arrive in resort until the moment they leave resort, ensuring that the clients have an enjoyable and memorable time in resort.
UK Passport Holders - A work visa is not required however UK passport holders will be using their 90/180 Schengen area allowance. Once the ETIAS visa waiver programme is introduced, anyone wishing to collaborate with Interski will need to apply for this visa waiver and will do at their own cost.
Ski & Snowboard Instructors
Interski are looking for ski and snowboard instructors to join us on a part time basis, working week by week contracts, over the course of the season – December until April, with more opportunities over the peak weeks in February and Easter.
Instructors new to Interski will stand a higher chance of being offered teaching week/s if they apply for our peak week/s.
