The Holidays Supervisor is the face of Interski, assisting with the smooth organisation of the Ski Holidays market across all resorts (Aosta/Pila, Courmayeur and La Thuile) and delivery of the Ski Holidays market (adults’ groups, families, solo travellers & corporate groups) in Aosta/Pila.
Our Rescue Co-ordinator will co-ordinate any accidents/injuries that arise in the resort of Pila by communicating with instructors, calling the piste rescue services, informing the party leaders / teachers and resort team in order to provide an excellent service to our clients when they are in need. The Rescue Co-ordinator will also attend to accidents/injuries in the medical centre as well as collate and log all of the documentation onto our CRM. They will also attend après ski activities and cover one on call shift per week.
The Resort Assistants play a key role in a dynamic and varied position that could be ideal for those seeking a multifaceted experience. Responsibilities include working in ski hire, providing on-hill support, assisting clients with resort logistics such as medical centre visits or hospital transfers, airport transfers, and in-resort transportation, as well as preparing, delivering, and collecting rental equipment as well as attendance at après ski events.
The role of the Resort Assistant Co-ordinator is an integral and varied role and assists in every aspect of the Interski operations. It includes duties/tasks conducted by the Resort Assistant plus some additional duties/tasks of a team leader which include creating a rota, briefings with your team, supporting supervisors and ensuring your team are performing well.
The role of Resort Supervisor is to oversee the daily off mountain and resort specific operations in La Thuile & Courmayeur. This will involve leading the resort team comprised of School & College Co-ordinators, Holidays Co-ordinator & Resort Assistants and being the main point of contact for the resort team, group leaders, coach drivers and suppliers. Works closely with the other Supervisor in resort.
The Resources Supervisor is responsible for the Ski Hire and Rental Wear departments in Aosta however operationally distribution of rental wear will be for the Aosta Valley and they will also communicate equipment requirements for clients in La Thuile, Gressoney and Courmayeur to external suppliers.

Schools & College Co-ordinators look after a group from the moment they arrive in resort until the moment they leave, ensuring that the clients have an enjoyable and memorable experience and trouble shoot any issues that arise in resort.
Our part time Schools & College Co-ordinators are the face of Interski, assisting with the smooth organisation and delivery of the Schools & College Ski Trips, mainly on peak weeks in February and Easter. You would look after a group from the moment they arrive in resort until the moment they leave (unless you are travelling on the same coach as them and in such a case, you would be one of their points of contact along with the coach drivers), ensuring that the clients have an enjoyable and memorable experience and trouble shoot any issues that arise in resort.
The Schools & College Operations Supervisor involves overseeing the operational delivery of the Schools & College package and being a team leader to our Schools & College Co-ordinators as well as being a point of contact for party leaders of the Schools & College groups.

Interski are looking for ski and snowboard instructors to join us on a part time basis, working week by week contracts, over the course of the season – December until April, with more opportunities over the peak weeks in February and Easter. Part time instructors can work up to 8 weeks per season.

This position involves close collaboration with the resort management team and supervisors to address the logistical needs of team members and support their well-being.
The Transport Supervisor plays a critical role in leading the on-the-ground delivery of all transport operations throughout the season. Working full-time in resort, this position is responsible for the execution, supervision, and adjustment of transport plans during live operations.
